Who we share data with
- Booqme – booking system (processor for bookings),
- Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Írsko) – spracovanie platieb a vystavenie faktúr za Online prompty,
- Netlify, Inc. – website hosting,
- Google LLC – website fonts (Google Fonts) and Google reviews,
- Meta Platforms – if you contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram,
- our accountant and public authorities where required by law.
Some of them are based in the USA. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. We don't sell data and don't carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
Your rights
- access to your data and a copy of it,
- correction of inaccurate data,
- erasure ("right to be forgotten"),
- restriction of processing,
- data portability,
- objection to processing based on legitimate interest,
- withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
